We are very proud of our staff at Bay Eye Clinic, many of whom have been with us for over 20 years. From the receptionists to the ophthalmic technicians to the billing department, they are committed to providing you with excellent service.

Our receptionists are led by Debbie who has been greeting patients at Bay Eye Clinic's front desk for over 24 years. Appointments are made by Carolee, Krista gets your chart ready prior to your appointment and calls to remind you of that appointment, Candy enters your information into the computer when you come for your appointment, and Sheila will be at the checkout desk when you leave.

Our 12 technicians are led by Dennis Hoop, Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA), who has been at Bay Eye Clinic for over 14 years and has worked in Ophthalmology for over 23 years. Linda, Mary, Gail, Lisa, and Diana are COAs; Martha, Ellan, Ashlie, Robyn, Tabatha and Ted are Ophthalmic Assistants. Mary is also a Certified Ophthalmic Surgery Technician.

Bonnie and Jeremy are our contact lens technicians. Bonnie has been with Bay Eye Clinic for over 29 years and is a COA and a Certified Contact Lens Technician. Jeremy is also a Certified Contact Lens Technician. They are both trained to fit all types of contact lenses including those needed for medical reasons.

Our surgery counselor, Serena, will schedule your surgery and answer questions you have regarding your surgery. Surgeries to be performed at Bay Area Hospital, Peace Harbor Hospital, Lower Umpqua Hospital, Coquille Valley Hospital, Southern Coos General Hospital, and Bay Eye Clinic are scheduled by Serena. Mary will schedule your Curry General Hospital or Rush Surgery Center surgeries. All of our counselors are trained to answer your questions. If they don't know the answer, they'll find out for you!

Tina, Carol, Seth and Nancy are in our billing department. If you call our billing office or come in with billing questions, you'll most likely talk with Nancy or Tina.

Bay Eye Clinic is managed by Norma Wood who has been with the clinic for over 30 years.
